Little kids running a store, no manager is ever availble. Not trained well at all. I asked to speak to a higher representative, I was told “she is sleeping.” They didn’t know how to honor a coupon. Train your kids better.. you’d make more sales. I will be talking to corporate.

I go in and get coffee with the same mug every time and get charged different prices even by the same people that has checked me out before. WTF? Then they give me an excuse that "well it is a 20oz". I said "You are one of the ones usually charging me 74 cents.." Her reaction is "well....I don't know". I am a regular customer and love Casey's stores, but am finding things to be a bit frustrating when I go in to get an item with the correct about of money and find out that it changes from day to day and even hour to hour. What is it? .74? 1.01? or 1.49?
